Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Products must be purchased directly from BestFaceWash.pk.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
Returns:
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, along with any accessories or free items that were included.
- Returns are subject to a thorough quality check to ensure the eligibility of the product.
- Once the returned product is received and verified, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges:
- If you received a product that is damaged or defective, please notify our Customer Support team within 14 days of receiving the product.
- We will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions on returning the damaged or defective item.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will initiate the exchange process.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will offer an alternative or process a refund.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
- For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. These items include but are not limited to skincare products, cosmetics, and personal grooming products.
- Clearance or sale items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Shipping Costs:
- If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong product or a defective item, we will bear the shipping costs.
- In other cases, where the return or exchange is due to a change of mind or a non-defective item, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
